Bio

TV Dinners are an irresistibly catchy / irresponsibly honest garage rockin’ / poppin’ band from the great south-eastern suburb of Frankston, Victoria (Australia).

Since their humble beginnings in a Frankston bedroom in 2016, TV Dinners have shared the stage with many epic bands such as Jeff Rosenstock (USA), Lime Cordiale (SYD), Slowly Slowly (MEL), Bleeding Knees Club (GC), and The Hard Aches (ADL).

Their music has been described as “Endearingly lofi, honest and impossibly infectious when the chorus hits” (Laundry Echo) and has been released on an array of formats (from burnt CDs to precision etched vinyl).

Their latest single “Shame” was originally released in March 2020 on a 18-track compilation that TV Dinners personally compiled to help raise money for Support Act (an Australian charity that helps musicians/ music industry workers during times of crisis).
The compilation was recently featured on NME, and they have so far raised over $700 for Support Act!
